A good phone system doesn't need to cost you the Earth...
Most businesses only use the standard features of a phone system, and these features are common to all systems. The features we are talking about are things such as make/receive phone calls, place calls on hold and/or transfer and incoming call hunt groups.
The main differences in a lot of business telephone systems are in the quality of manufacture, the expansion capabilities of the system and the navigation of the features (the look and feel of the handsets basically). It is when you start looking at advanced features such as call centre functionality that you need to analyse the solutions and ensure that the feature set of the phone system meets your business requirements.
We deal in these system types for the following reasons:
Aristel
The Aristel business telephone solution is well suited to the smaller business that requires basic functionality with no expensive bells and whistles. It is a low cost system that has all the functionality most businesses require. We often have customers saying they want a simple solution with a few lines and 8 or so handsets....this is the system for them. You may find cheaper systems out there but they are cheaper for a reason (the same reason we do not deal with them). Click here for Aristel phone system information and pricing.

LG Aria
The LG Aria telephone solution is a common system in the Australian marketplace. It is a good all rounder and, if configured correctly, this solution will last for years. There is a small version that is good for the customers mentioned in the Aristel bit above should they want voice mail as well. There are also larger versions of the LG Aria systems that cater for much larger companies. By the way, if you want to see the handsets in action check out the phones they use at Bunnings (they use LG Aria). Click here for LG Aria phone system information and pricing. |
Alcatel - Lucent
The Alcatel - Lucent business telephone solution is a very cool system that provides all the good features you can get from Voice over IP such as voicemail to email, offsite handsets and/or softphones, etc. but without the hassles that VoIP can generate (i.e bad voice quality, additional power requirements). The Alcatel Lucent phone system has fantastic expansion capabilities due to its modular architecture...so it can start off as a small system and continue to grow with the business. This telephone solution has very strong capabilities in the hospitality arena as well. Click here for Alcatel phone system information and pricing. |
